Before publishing, replace the bracketed placeholders with your real contact details and effective date. If your app collects or transmits any data off-device, revise Sections 2 through 6 to match your actual practices.

1. Overview

Dawra is designed to help users track cycle-related information, log symptoms, and review educational content. In the current version of the app, personal entries such as cycle logs, symptom logs, and notes are intended to remain on the user’s device.

Current intended setup: no account creation, no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no developer-hosted cloud storage for in-app personal logs.

2. Information We Handle

Dawra may handle the following information that a user chooses to enter into the app:

  • cycle dates and related tracking information
  • symptom logs and wellness observations
  • status selections and notes entered by the user
  • app preferences stored locally on the device

For the current version of Dawra, this information is intended to stay on the device and is not collected by us through our own servers.

If the app later adds features such as account login, cloud backup, analytics, crash reporting, support chat, or third-party SDKs, this policy must be updated before those features are released.

3. How Information Is Used

Information entered into Dawra is used to support the in-app experience, including:

  • displaying logged cycle information and estimates inside the app
  • showing patterns, reminders, or educational views based on user input
  • saving the user’s preferences and entries for later use on the same device

Dawra is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. App content is for general informational and educational use only.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. In the current version of Dawra, we do not share user-entered cycle data, symptoms, notes, or similar personal entries with advertisers or data brokers.

Because the current version is intended to store entries locally on the device, we do not access that information through our own backend.

5. Data Retention

Data entered into the app remains on the device unless the user edits or deletes it, removes the app, clears app data, or otherwise resets the device or app environment.

If future versions of Dawra begin storing information on remote servers, this section should be updated to explain retention periods and deletion options.

6. Security

We take privacy seriously and aim to design Dawra with a privacy-conscious experience. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should keep their devices updated and use appropriate device security features, such as a passcode or biometric lock, when available.

7. Children’s Privacy

Dawra is not designed as a Kids category app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through remote servers in the current version of the app.

If you believe that the app is handling information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, contact us using the details below.

8. Your Choices

Depending on the version of the app you use, you may be able to:

  • edit or delete entries directly within the app
  • remove the app from your device
  • manage your device-level notification and privacy settings

If you later add account-based features, cloud sync, or server-side storage, you should add clear instructions here for account deletion, export, or data access requests.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown above. Continued use of the app after an updated policy becomes effective means the revised policy will apply going forward.
